Immortal Energy Bites

  • 1 cup Ladera Chocolate Almond Granola
  • 2/3 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • 1/3 Cup Honey or Agave Necter
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you like. Store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.

Grilled Ladera Granola Peach

  1. Cut peaches or nectarines in half and take out pit
  2. Lightly coat the skin with olive oil so it does not burn
  3. Place halves face up on top shelf of a BBQ
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes with the grill closed (but check on them periodically just in case)
  5. Take off grill and sprinkle with approximately 1 tablespoon of Ladera Granola on each half (amount depends on size of peach/nectarine…enough to cover surface area)

Enjoy this faux cobbler! Close your eyes and you will actually think it’s cobbler!

Vanilla Almond Protein Smoothie

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, or nut butter of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Topping: 2 tbsp Ladera Granola

Vanilla Chai Protein Smoothie

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tazo Chai Latte Concentrate or Chai powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Topping: 2 tbsp Ladera Granola

Coconut Berry Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fresh, sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Ladera Granola

Directions: Combine almond milk together with chia seeds in a glass. Mix well, set aside for 15 minutes, mix again and then refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours. Top with yogurt, fresh berries, granola and coconut flakes. Drizzle with honey or agave and serve.
